DR. JEIMMY SANCHEZ, DC

Dr. Jeimmy Sanchez, known as Dr. J, is the owner, doula, and primary physician at Be Happy Family Chiropractic in the city of Kannapolis, NC.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she completed a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and Pre-Med at Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in 2017. Soon after, she moved to the beautiful city of Spartanburg, SC, and completed a doctoral degree in Chiropractic at the amazing Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2020. 

In early 2021, she decided to open her mobile chiropractic office. Many of the patients she began caring for were pregnant patients! These experiences and the positive results seen had planted a seed, and she decided to complete a certification on the Webster technique and a complete Perinatal certification through the ICPA – the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. In February 2023, she completed a certification with the Midwifery Institute and is also a certified Bereavement, Pregnancy, and Infant Loss Doula.

Dr. J quickly realized her true purpose in life and imagined the idea of creating a safe space for mommas and their kiddos where they could receive evidence and neurologically based chiropractic care. With the opening of a new physical location in February 2022, she realized her true purpose within the chiropractic profession and is currently working towards furthering her education in perinatal and pediatric chiropractic care. At this time, she is in progress of also completing the Post-partum and Fertility Doula Certifications to help the surrounding families of Kannapolis through their fertility, conception, and post-partum journey.

Dr. J is very well known in the community for her positive attitude and compassionate personality. As a doula, perinatal and pediatric chiropractor in Kannapolis, NC, her mission is to shed some light on the importance of keeping a spine clear of subluxations and offer gentle & specific chiropractic care and evidence-based support to all family members of the community throughout pregnancy and beyond.
